According to the latest budget of 2008 they have allowed The EPF monthly withdrawal for reducing housing loans.

Read here.

First i saw i tot very good. They allow you to get EPF withdrawal to help you subsidize you home loan.

But then take a look at this sentence.

Second Finance Minister Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop said the money could then be used to either help offset the housing loan instalment or for the contributor to afford a bigger or more expensive house.

Wah... asking you to spend more...

My suggestion.
If you do get the cash. Here are some things you could do with it, since they bank in directly into your account.

1) Pay of your credit card outstanding first. (Save 18%)
2) Invest into some investment that can get you returns that are more then 6.5% per annum. (Taking into account of the average housing loan rate).

If you are not getting around this rate or wish to get lower rates. you can go to fiscal wise for some help.

Tot i would want to pen this down.

It was in the evening about 6pm when i reach the pg bus stop. I walked out the the bus stop outside when i heard this interesting conversation

Indian Taxi Driver : Taxi, taxi, .. lai ai ki to lok ( Means wanna go where)
Chinese Lady : Jalan Masjid Negri
Taxi Driver : Lima Puluh
Lady : Huh!! Lima Puluh?.... Pauses a while.... Sepuluh la.
(Sepuluh is over charging already, its only about 15mins away, or about 5km)

Taxi Driver ignores her and then turns to his other taxi fren and start laughing together...like tryin to give a hint..(mana ada sepuluh punya?)
So the lady with a very confused face.
Then the amazing thing after tat is the taxi driver starts to shout again....Taxi!!! Taxi!!!

What is this??? Customer in front dun want. Wanna look for other water fish.... No wonder la... Malaysia Boleh...

The main thing that spoke to me from here is
Ecclesiastes 3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.

If you knew He made everything beautiful in its time...then our current struggle would be to pray and seek Him to ask .....when is the time???

1)Penang (Can stay my place...can fit everyone...then we can stay over at a hotel at the beach for 1 nite) this will be much cheaper
2) Bukit Tinggi...this one we can ask ken to help to arrange...
3) Cherating..this place can get booking of room from jason...but this place really got nothing to do but look at each others face....
4) Perhentian....never been there b4 yet...can try but this place might be a bit pricy..i tink michelle is checking the lodging stuff here....will update on this place...
5) Combine all of them and we have a road trip...

i just watched the movie hitch...great movie...not the typical love movie...the only typical part is the guy gets the girl in the end...
i really dunno how to put this in words...cos i actually have deleted wat i typed for like 5 times already (6 times now..wow love is really hard to write)....ok this is the 7th time...
ok i tink i keep it short n simple before wat i write here goes to the crap category...

something i tot never would have happened....the exam paper format changed...
i din know how was tat possible ..but i tink God is in control...
some how....for my antenna & propagation paper... instead of answering 2 of 3 questions from antenna and 2 of 3 questions from propogation...we just had to answer any 4 out of 6 questions....antenna part was really insanely hard to do...so i really concentrated on the propogation part...turn out in the end i can answer 3 questions for the propogation part... thank God.... about the antenna part...nah...dun go there...unless i m goin to be a rocket scienctist...this is not for me...
God i really thank you for helping me go through the exam time...it was hard for me cos i really dun wanna study anymore but just wanna grad...but thank you for the patients you give me...
i just pray now tat i pass all my exams....tats all i ask cos i got really low for the other 40%...
Thank you too for all the holidays too...and also for all the good frens and family you gave me...nothing could have been better that wat you have planned for me...hope i will stick to your plan...and i say its hard...but help me do it...
